How Sridevi buried 50 Lakhs dispute!

Actress Sridevi, who only recently acted in ‘Puli’, has filed a complaint against its producers. Apparently, the producers owe her a sum of Rs 50 lakh as remuneration for which she lodged the complaint at the Mumbai Producers’ Council. The complaint regarding the remuneration was then passed on to the Tamil Nadu Producers Council.

The producers of ‘Puli’, Shibu Thameens and PT Selvakumar, made it clear in an official statement that after the not-so-successful release of ‘Puli’, it’s not possible for them to pay anymore than the already paid remuneration of 3 crores.

However, the matter is now all settled. The well-known actress, apparently, amicably discounted her remuneration and buried the issue. She was convinced when makers explained her about 20% Hindi version’s satellite rights revenue will be her portion. The Puli team said in a statement that they have a lot of respect for the actress and it was all just because of miscommunication.
