I’ll Pay, But Take Back The Words – Star’ Resounding Reply

Tamil star Vijay’s tax case is taking a new turn with the actor going all out in singling out the judge’s remark against him. In a resounding statement presented by Vijay’s lawyer, former Advocate General Vijay Narayan, the star said that he is ready to pay the tax, but the judge’s words should be taken back.

Vijay Narayan, the lawyer on behalf of Vijay, argues against the comments made by the Single Judge in his verdict against Vijay. He read a former Supreme Court judgment that explicitly mentions the judges to avoid making unwanted remarks and stick to the verdict.

The Madras High Court single judge has said that the people who pay taxes are the ‘real heroes’. Vijay has not taken these words well, and his issues are highlighted strongly through his lawyer Vijay Narayan.

Vijay is ready to pay taxes as directed by the court, but those words must be removed from the verdict is his request. The Madras High Court has asked the concerned authorities to raise a fresh challan for the amount to be paid. It has also put a stay on all proceedings (related to the Rolls Royce case) handled by the Single Judge.
