‘Illiterate Samantha Must Be Put In Prison’

Social media is almost never a hospitable place for actors. There is always some mudslinging or social media hate happening around them. Samantha is no exception to the same as she finds herself in the midst of a social media turmoil.

Incidentally, Samantha had earlier shared on social media about taking a dose of hydrogen peroxide with water through a nebulizer to treat a common viral infection.

This immediately triggered a heated reaction from a Twitter user named “The Liver Doc” who implied that she is an science illiterate and must be jailed for the same.

He replied “Left: Influential Indian actress Ms. Samantha Ruth who is unfortunately a health and science illiterate advising millions of her followers to inhale hydrogen-peroxide to prevent and treat respiratory viral infections. The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, warning people to not nebulize and breathe in hydrogen peroxide because it is dangerous for health.”

He added “In a rational and scientifically progressive society, this woman will be charged with endangering public health and fined or put behind bars. She needs help or a better advisor in her team.” His intention is to imply that Samantha must be jailed for passing such an educated advice (in his terms).

The choice of words is evidently harsh and they have caught the attention of Samantha and she responded saying “Yes, he might be more knowledgable but there is a better way to make his opinion heard rather than using such provocative words.”

This heated face off between the doctor and Samanth is catching the attention on social media now.
