Gadar 2, a period action drama that released in theatres on August 11th, has now become one of Bollywood’s biggest hits in recent times. In the film, Sunny Deol, the elder Bollywood superstar, reprised his much-loved role Tara Singh.
The film is a sequel to the renowned 2001 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The project also presented the star’s long-awaited reunion with senior filmmaker Anil Sharma. Anil Sharma, the director of Gadar 2, spoke about the film in an exclusive interview.
The interviewer inquired, “Who among the latest young actors could play the role of much-loved Tara Singh?” Anil Sharma, a veteran filmmaker, offered an intriguing response to this intriguing topic.
“I don’t find anyone,” director Anil Sharma said with a smile. In Bollywood, no one could play Tara Singh as brilliantly as Sunny Deol. However, only Jr. NTR can fulfil the job perfectly in the south. He stated, “NTR Jaisa koi banda play kar sakta hai Tara Singh”
As the all time Industry Hit director indicated, NTR is the perfect fit for the role. NTR is busy shooting for his next Devara which is set to release on April 5th 2024.
