Inevitable Comparisons Between Samantha & Trisha

Samantha is literally winning hearts with her performance in ‘Jaanu’. Though it’s just the teaser of the movie, there is no doubt that she is going to live the character like no one else. Sharwanand is no different when it comes to performance.

‘Jaanu’ is the remake of blockbuster Tamil movie ’96’ in which Trisha and Vijay Sethupathy played the lead roles. Trisha won accolades of praises for the portrayal of the female lead role. Of course, Vijay Sethupathy’s performance was top-notch.

With ‘Jaanu’ trailer, the comparisons between Trisha and Samantha are happening on social media. Whenever a successful movie goes for a remake, comparisons are bound to happen.

Looks like, Samantha and Sharwanand have pulled it off quite well in ‘Jaanu’. They might repeat the magic of the original and if that happens, it would be a rare feat. Dil Raju is bankrolling the Telugu remake under his Sri Venkateshwara Creations.
