While Samantha was fine with a lip lock scene in one her earlier films such as “Ye Maaya Chesave” and “Dookudu”, the young actress now seems to have brought down a ‘no-kissing’ clause on screen. Apparently, in her upcoming film Autonagar Surya, she refused to do a lip lock scene with Naga Chaitanya, with whom she had done a similar scene in the past.
Naga Chaitanya said that they had to cancel a lip lock scene because Samantha was not ready to do it. Samantha, however, quickly shifted the blame on the director Deva Katta. She said that he decided to delete the scene because he felt it was inappropriate for the film. Will Samantha continue saying no to lip-lock scenes going forward? She might say so as she is currently very much in demand.
We have wait and see if Sam will continue to throw her weight around and act all pricey.
