Ram Charan – Buchi Babu’s Peddi is out and has opened a can of worms. While the entire key team stepped back from post-release promotions, it is Jagapathi Babu who continues to carry the film alone with his promotional push.
Interestingly, it is only Appalasoori, played by Jagapathi Babu, who has been pushing the film from Day 1. Not only did he promote the film aggressively before release, but he also showed strong confidence in the film from the beginning.
Even now, he remains the only key member actively sitting down with the media, addressing criticism, responding to concerns, and speaking about the film’s performance. His outspoken nature has grabbed attention and, in many ways, helped keep the discussions alive.
It is rare to see an actor of his stature speak this openly and directly about a film during its theatrical run.
In his interview with M9, Jagapathi Babu opened up about the criticism surrounding the film, addressed several concerns raised by audiences, and explained why he believes the film is gradually finding its footing now.
