The first month of January is almost over, and several movies from various Indian industries have been released in North America.

Prasanth Varma and Teja Sajja’s “Hanuman” secured the #1 spot, surpassing other industry releases.

Second is Hrithik Roshan and Siddharth Anand’s “Fighter,” which started slow but gained momentum over the weekend before experiencing a decline on Monday.

The Malayalam film industry, once non-existent in North America, has recently gained traction and is now contributing to decent collections, with a film from Malayalam making it into the top 10 for January.

Overall, ‘Hanuman’ stands out as the only highly profitable project in North America, surpassing other releases in this region by a significant margin. No film comes close to ‘Hanuman’ when it comes to return on investment for buyers, not just in Telugu films but across all language films in America.
