Jr NTR advised complete rest
Jr NTR has suffered a shoulder injury, his team confirmed in an official statement on Monday, raising concerns among fans.
The actor sustained the injury on Monday evening. After a detailed medical examination, doctors advised him to take complete rest for six to eight weeks to ensure a full recovery.
His team clarified that there is no cause for panic and said further updates on his health will be shared in due course.
The news quickly spread across social media, with fans flooding X and other platforms with wishes for his speedy recovery.
Jr NTR is currently shooting for Dragon, directed by Prashanth Neel, one of the biggest pan-India films in production. It is not yet known whether the injury will affect the shooting schedule.
This is the second injury Jr NTR has suffered in less than a year. He previously sustained an injury in September 2025.
After the recent injuries suffered by Balakrishna and Ram Charan, another leading Telugu star being forced to take a break is unfortunate for the industry.
For now, the focus is on Jr NTR’s complete recovery. Fans will be hoping he returns to the sets of Dragon only after receiving full medical clearance.
