Kabali Overseas: Buyers in Profits by Saturday

With all the mixed reviews and not so encouraging talk from premieres in USA, ‘Kabali’ still is in safe zone leaving buyers in profits. The movie is said to have collected more than Baahubali and surpassed all the earlier records regarding overseas collections.

Baahubali collected $1,382,076.00 from Premiers while ‘Kabali’ has collected nearly 2 million. Trade predicted $1.3 Million to $1.5 Million but it collected nearly $2 Million ($1,922,995) proving true Rajini’s power at box-office.

The hype it got is not comparable to Baahubali because Rajamouli’s film is an epic drama while Rajni’s movie is a mere gangster movie. Of course Baahubali-2 will be unimaginably huge and one can’t even imagine how humungous it is going to be in overseas.

But for now, Kabali record is an unexpected one. It is the highest amount collected by any Indian movie till date. By Saturday, the buyers are going to go into safe zone by the mere charisma of Rajinikanth alone as the reviews aren’t very positive.
