Kajal gets a sweet name

Guess what’s Kajal Agarwal’s screen name in her upcoming Tamil film with Karthi? She doesn’t have a sweet name but she has sweet as her name. The film’s director said that her character is called ‘White Rasagulla’ in the film.

I’m sure this might be the name by which the hero calls her but isn’t it cheap to compare women with some sweet’s name. It might be for fun but the effect it has on the audience may be different.

Women in cinema over the years have been compared to what not. They have been compared to mango, ice cream and so on. High time we stop comparing women to some objects and treat them with respect.
