Kamal feels Akshara in safe hands

Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan is not worried about his younger daughter Akshara, who is making her acting debut with Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush in Shamitabh because he feels she’s in safe hands and that if she ever face any problem, she would take help from him. Therefore, he feels she doesn’t need his advice and will ask him only when needed.

“I think she should not take any advice from old time actors. I think she knows her way. And she will ask me when she is in doubt but she hasn’t asked me yet which means she is confident. I think she is in good hands, Kamal had said at an event in Mumbai. About why more southern actors are not seen in Bollywood, he said: “There has never been a vacuum. It is about opportunity. I don’t think like south of India actors or an actor from Bihar or any other place. I think the actor has to be good in his craft”.

He is currently busy wrapping up Uttama Villain and is expected to start shooting for Drishyam Tamil remake from first week of August.
