KGF 2 Makers In Limbo

KGF 2 makers are in limbo with the release date. While it is clear that Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha decided to lock horns with KGF 2 on the same date (April 14, 2022), this has put KGF 2 in a big fix.

Although Aamir Khan tendered apology and iterated that as both the films have different genres, the audience will be different thus not hampering the collections. However, the KGF 2 team is in limbo and rumour has it that the team is contemplating to postpone the film till the end of April or May.

KGF when released accidentally got pan-India release. The film got overwhelming reception from the audience up North and with the craze it generated, KGF 2 became a hge franchise. And it pushed the team to sell the right for a record price.

Being a pan-India film, Hindi market is crucial for KGF 2 as well, thus they don’t want to risk it at any cost. Now it is to be seen if the makers will stick to the same date or will go for a release date. Coming year Bollywood has already announced a string of film release, so finding a suitable date will also be crucial for KGF 2.
