Kick 2 gets kicked further-director to blame?

Kick 2 the much expected and anticipated sequel to the very lovable film Kick is getting kicked further. The film which was delayed already is now going to be further delayed to end of June.

According to sources, the shooting of the film has been completed long ago but with the key members not satisfied with the final product there was some re-shoot that has happened in the recent past. Due to this the post production works of the film has been delayed further and hence the release date is getting pushed. Once final edit is locked the makers are expected to announce the release date officially.

Director Surender Reddy has in past released couple of his films without satisfaction and they turned out to be duds at box office. From then on he has apparently decided to not bow down to financial dictates and release film without full satisfaction. There was a similar delay with his last film and we all know the final result it had. Here’s hoping that history is repeated again.
