Bigger Disaster Among Disasters

Rowdy Star Vijay Deverakonda‘s Liger is facing tough times at the box office. After witnessing the first weekend figures of the film, the trade has come to the conclusion that Liger is going to end up as one of the biggest disasters at the box office, with more than 50% losses to the buyers.

What is even more shocking is the fact that Liger failed to collect even half the amount collected by recent disasters like Macherla Niyojakavargam and The Warriorr.

Despite disaster talk, Ram’s The Warriorr and Nithiin’s Macherla Niyojikavargam among the Tier 2 heroes, managed to mint decent revenues on the first Sunday but the poor show by Liger indicates that the film is outrightly rejected by the audience.

People on social media are saying that Vijay Deevrakonda’s outrageous statements before the release of the film brought in more negativity. He overhyped the film during the pre-release events, which invited more trolling than the usual trolling when a film flops.
