The government run Air India is just recovering from the terrible financial mess and is improving its confidence in the customers. But one incident on Thursday proved that the Public air carrier has to go a long way in competing with private airlines.

A Lizard was found in the food tray of one of the passengers on AI-111, a Boeing 787 Dreamliner whhich took that took-off on Thursday from New Delhi’s IGI airport for London. During a 10-hour-long flight, the airline serves an unlimited number of snacks and two main courses depending on the time of operations.
The image of the Lizard in the food tray went viral on social media. However Air India turns it down saying that there is no such chance and there is no complaint about that either. They say food on Air India is catered by the India’s best hospitality chain the Taj. And it delivers one of the finest and award winning in-flight food. Air India sees this incident as an attempt to tarnish its image.
