Luck Favoured Rashmika Over Kiara!

Rashmika Mandanna after making a name in the South is now becoming the next big thing in Bollywood. The actress has already signed two big-ticket films, Mission Majnu and Goodbye. Apart from having two big Hindi films, the actress is also grabbing commercials.

Who can forget her recent television commercial (Macho Sporto) where she featured along with Vicky Kaushal. The commercial instantly went viral upon release. But do you know that Rashmika wasn’t the first choice?

Ravishing diva Kiara Advani was initially approached. She also agreed to be part of the ad. However, the actress had to back out due to her film commitments in various languages. Not only Kiara, but the ad makers approached Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan.

Things, however, didn’t work out and it eventually fell in Rashmika’s lap. Looks like she was destined to do the commercial. The commercial was telecast on September 24 and garnered mixed views. However, the commercial certainly helped Rashmika in a big way as the North audience take a look at her before her Hindi debut film got released.

On the work front, apart from the Hindi films, Rashmika currently awaits Pushpa release (December 17).
