Magadheera remake with new hero n producer?

Magadheera, the movie needs no introduction to Telugu viewers. But what many might not be aware is its popularity among the non Telugu audience. Magadheera is an extremely loved movie across the country which is the reason why Charan decided to test the Bollywood waters. At that time the actor was bombarded with questions as to why not debut with the remake of Magadheera itself. Many then came to know about a Hindi remake in works already. It was to star Ranveer Singh and produced by Anurag Kashyap.

However the remake never took off and so far one hasn’t heard anything about it. Even the actor has moved onto other films leaving the remake in doldrums. The very latest on this remake that is being heard is that the rights to remake have changed hands and Sajid Nadiadwala has come on board to remake the film. Also the choice of actor for the remake too has apparently been changed. Talks about Shahid Kapoor being considered for the part is being heard now. To know the actual truth we have to wait till the actor officially confirms it, otherwise it could remain as just another speculation with nothing concrete to say.
