Mahesh’s perception battle with Bunny!

Who would have thought at the beginning of the summer season that this would be the case? Today Superstar Mahesh Babu with his upcoming film Brahmotsavam is after Sarrainodu rather than Sardaar Gabbar Singh as many would have expected.

Allu Arjun has stunned everyone with Sarrainodu and its box office performance. Many films of director Boyapati Sreenu have in the past done better than what the reviews suggested but Sarrainodu has went a step ahead. In few areas it has beaten the highest non-Baahubali collections which happen to be Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu.

The result is, now with Brahmotsavam Mahesh Babu has to compete with Bunny. The two are still far away to be compared as stars currently but if Mahesh Babu fails to beat Sarrainodu in the coming weeks, the perception battle would be lost for sure. It would take Bunny a notch higher even though Mahesh Babu would still remain the overall bigger star.
