The much awaited multi-starrer from Akkineni family Manam has been censored. The film has got U/A rating from the censor board and is all set to release worldwide on May 23 as announced. There were some doubts expressed recently with another biggie like Vikrama Simha starring Rajinikanth getting postponed and releasing on the same day but it looks like Manam team is not affected by it.
Manam is a family entertainer with lots of comedy. It is directed by Vikram Kumar of Ishq fame and stars the entire Akkineni family from late Nageswara Rao to Nagarjuna to Naga Chaitanya. Shriya and Samantha are the heroines in this film reportedly based on the theme of reincarnation. The film has been carrying high expectations ever since its announcement and the recent success of music by Anup Rubens, has taken it further up. Will it satisfy those expectations and give much needed break to the Akkineni family is to be seen?
