Director’s Office Gutted in Fire

A fire accident had gutted lakhs worth property of Director Mani Ratnam’s office of his production house Madras Talkies on Monday. The reason for the fire accident is unknown. The fire personnel immediately came to the rescue and brought the fire under control.

The whereabouts of the fire accident are unknown. The extent of damage is also not reported yet. Mani Ratnam hasn’t yet reacted on the accident, the cause and the extent of damage to his Office.

Recently the director had completed shooting for the first schedule of his upcoming love story ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’ starring Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead. Mani Ratnam is yet to begin the second schedule of the film. After this fire accident, there might be a postponement of the same.
