Maruthi Cleverly Leaked Prabhas Pic With A Plan?

Right from the day news broke out that Prabhas is working with Maruthi, there has been a lot of negativity surrounding the project. At one point, Prabhas’s trended the hashtag #BanMaruthiFromTFI on Twitter. They are completely against the project.

Cut to now, the narrative and the perception have changed. There’s some respite for Maruthi and there’s an interesting story behind it.

Incidentally, a few snaps of Prabhas from the sets of the Maruthi directorial surfaced on social media and they went viral. This wasn’t an official release. It was said that the photos ‘leaked’ on social media.

But the buzz in Film Nagar is that this isn’t necessarily an unsolicited leak, but a planned one. The grapevine is that Maruthi himself orchestrated the photo leak. They say Maruthi is behind the leak of these photos of Prabhas from the sets.

If that really is the case, then Maruthi’s clever plan has indeed worked out. The pics show Prabhas in a stylish avatar and there’s a layer of anticipation on the film, at least as far as Prabhas’s looks go. A section of Prabhas’s fans are impressed with it.

This should come as a relief to fans as well. They were once in a position where they couldn’t even announce the project fearing backlash from fans. The situation isn’t as worse now.
