Om Raut has directed Prabhas in Adipurush. Ever since the release of the film’s teaser, there is stark negativity about Prabhas in the online space. There are allegations of distortion of history as well.
The negativity has forced the makers to postpone the film from Sankranthi to June. They are trying to make small corrections to the output.
Further, there are rumors that it may get postponed further. Fans thought Adipurush is their best bet to capture the Pan-India market due to the Hindutva mood prevalent in the country but their hopes are crushed.
And then, a small film Hanu-Man with a fraction of the budget of Adipurush showed better output than Adipurush. So, fans are even angrier.
