Mohan Babu responsible for star heroine’s career

When one actress gets her first chance, no one can simply make predictions that she would one day be one of the top actresses in a film industry. When Mohan Babu and director Dasaradh spotted milky beauty Tamanna in Mumbai and chose her the heroine of their movie ‘Sri’, little did they guess about her stardom.

Speaking at the audio launch event of ‘Dongata’ on Saturday evening, Tamanna gives the credit of her illustrious career in South to Mohan Babu. She remembers that she was only 15 years old when she was chosen as heroine and brought to Hyderabad by Mohan Babu who supported her when she was too young tto understand the basics of acting.

Mohan Babu too expressed his happiness that the 15-year old girl who he chose to play heroine beside his son Manoj is presently one of the top heroines in South and he heaped praises on Tamanna’s parents for their down to the earth nature having no starry airs being heroine’s parents.
