My Way Or High Way – Allu Arjun Adamant

It has been nearly six months now since the announcement of a new film from Stylish Star Allu Arjun, let alone start one. The star has decided to come back with a sure shot success and is in no way conceding his position which is leading to delay.

There have been multiple discussions with exciting filmmakers, the latest of which is Trivikram Srinivas. Given the stature of the director, one would have hoped that an official announcement would have been made by now. But, that is not happening, and the reason is Allu Arjun.

The Stylish Star wants to make a comeback with a universally appealing film that attracts an audience from the US to the masses in the Telugu states. There is no room for experimentation or doing different just for the sake of it. The current story idea that Trivikram pitched is said to lack that universal appeal. Work is going on to either increase the mass appeal of current one or to get a different wholesome project on the floor.

Bunny surely has the right idea. Let us see how long it will get for him to be entirely satisfied with a script. When he had the same problem before, Allu Arjun did an interim project Iddarammayilatho before commencing Race Gurram. The issue currently for fans is lack of an Iddarammayilatho kind of project during the time the perfect blockbuster script is getting readied.
