Ajith Kumar’s Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, is one of the most anticipated movies in Tamil cinema. Initially, this project began with Devi Sri Prasad as the music composer, but as per reports, the team has replaced him with GV Prakash Kumar.
Good Bad Ugly is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, who are also producing Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2. Devi Sri Prasad was the composer for Pushpa 2.

However, a few weeks ago, it was confirmed that while DSP is composing the songs, the background score is being handled by Thaman and Sam CS.
This replacement sparked speculation about a possible rift between Mythri Movie Makers and DSP. The rumors gained traction after DSP confirmed the situation at the Pushpa 2 Chennai event.

Recently Mythri’s Naveen Yerneni addressed these rumors, clarifying that there is no conflict between them and DSP and expressing their willingness to work with him on future projects.
At the same time, criticism arose regarding DSP’s background score for Kanguva, which many felt was too loud and one of the film’s major drawbacks.

While some on social media attribute DSP’s replacement to his work on Kanguva, others believe GV Prakash Kumar’s successful collaboration with Adhik Ravichandran might be the real reason.
Despite Mythri Movie Makers’ claims of no issues with DSP, the pattern of his recent exclusions has fueled rumors of a cold war between the two.
Social media buzz suggests that while things appear fine on the surface, there might be more happening behind the scenes. It seems like “inside something is cooking, and outside something else is being shown.”
