King 100: Nagarjuna’s Strong Take on Pan India

Nagarjuna’s upcoming film King 100 is currently planned as a Telugu film and not a pan-India project. At the Itlu Arjuna event, when the media asked whether King 100 would be a pan-India film, Nagarjuna said he would decide only after completing the film and watching the final output.

Nagarjuna also shared his thoughts on the pan-India trend, saying that it creates a lot of confusion for filmmakers. He pointed out that when making a pan-India film, the team starts thinking about how a dialogue should be written, which actors should be cast and even whether a particular style of dressing will appeal to audiences in different regions.

Calling this kind of thinking unnecessary, Nagarjuna said filmmakers end up worrying too much about these things in the name of pan-India appeal. For now, he wants to complete King 100 first and then decide whether it should be released in other languages.

So, King 100 remains a Telugu film for now, and a pan-India release will be decided only after Nagarjuna watches the completed film.
