Nani Falling for Big Director’s Tag, Again?

Nani is really doing well with back to back different subjects and scoring decent hits to blockbusters. He had scored super hits with young and debutant directors but has this dream to do a movie with his ace director Mani Ratnam.

According to the latest buzz, Nani was approached for Mani Ratnam’s next movie starring Jyothika. Whether or not Nani gave his nod is not known as per the latest reports. But, let’s get back to Nani’s ‘Paisa’ movie with director Krishna Vamsi. He did that movie when the director was in poor form and the film was a complete washout.

Coming to Mani Ratnam, he didn’t completely lose his sheen but his last release ‘Kadhali’ (‘Cheliyaa’ in Telugu) was a disaster. We know, at present Nani is in good form and he might prove lucky this time, with a big director. However, one has to agree that Mani Ratnam failed to excite us with his scripts, in the recent past.
