NBK’s Lion release fate in trouble?

Nandamuri Balakrishna is ready with a new film after a gap of more than one year. His next Lion has completed its shoot and recently released its audio too. It was later announced that the film would hit screens on May 1.

The grapevine in the industry though is that things might not happen according to plan. The film it seems is plagued with financial issues and hence might be postponed unless it’s settled. This is fast becoming one of the major reasons for films getting postponed and one can site a very latest example in the form of Ganga which is going through the same ordeal.

So far the two other Nandamuri films released this year had such postponements too but they were for other reasons. Both the films went on to be success despite the delay. Will Lion follow a similar path or will things be different with NBK?
