Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal who not only stars in but also directs the epic fantasy adventure Barroz 3D, shared his excitement about the film during a pre-release press meet.
The film, produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the Aashirvad Cinemas banner, is set to release grandly on December 25th, and it has already created quite a buzz with its promotional content.
Speaking at the event, Mohanlal said, “Greetings to everyone. It has been an honor to be part of this wonderful film industry for the past four decades. I have reached out to you all with many stories and characters. Thank you for your love and support.
I am very happy to tell you that I directed Barroz. This is a 3D film, shot in the native 3D format. No one has attempted this format in the last 40 years. This is a children-friendly film, one that both kids and adults can enjoy.
We made this film with a lot of love. It is a celebration of childhood innocence. The storytelling is very unique.
Indian cinematography legend Santosh Sivan worked on this film. My friend Rajeev Kumar is also part of this project.
The 19-year-old genius Lydian Nadhaswaram composed the music for this film. He brought pure and innocent melodies. The background score of the movie is very special.
It is a pleasure to associate with Mythri Movie Makers. I worked with them on Janatha Garage. They loved the content of Barroz and are releasing this film with a great vision.
This is a family film, a movie that people all around the world will enjoy. Everyone will love it.”
He assured the audience that the film, which was shot entirely in 3D, would provide a stunning experience. He expressed his hopes for the film to become a huge success, wishing that it would become a sensational hit.
With the combined effort of an exceptional team and a grand vision, Barroz 3D promises to be a spectacular experience for viewers this festive season.
