No Reprieve in Sight for Salman; Trouble Knocks on Door

It seems that there is no respite to be had for Salman Khan. The Actor who is currently undergoing trial for his hit-and-run case had a brief moment of peace when his bail was accepted but it seems that the reprieve is over for now.

As the facts stand, a petition has been filed in that seeks an investigation into the death of Ravindra Patel.Ravindra Patel, former bodyguard of Salman Khan, was a key witness in the 2002 case. He was also a police constable who had died under mysterious circumstances. Patel had even testified against Salman Khan claiming that the cause of the accident was rash driving although he later changed his statement to the influence of alcohol.

As for the petition, it has been filed by Pune-based activist Hemant Patil, according to whom the constable’s death was highly suspicious.
