No takers for Star heroes' art pieces

We have seen many exhibitions in which even trifle things signed by celebrities are sold for heavy prices in auction. But five Jumbo art pieces painted by the superstars of Bollywood had no takers surprisingly. While the art pieces of renowned artists were sold at good prices, Bollywood superstars’ jumbo art just remained a spectacle.

When fiber glass elephants painted by Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar and Amitabh Bachan were kept in gallery for supporting the cause of conservation of elephants, people were interested to see the art pieces but weren’t interested to buy them, priced Rs.9 lakh each.

The three-day charity exhibition was held to raise funds for the conservation of elephants and hence the superstars art pieces were expected to be bid for high prices. All of them remained unsold.
