No Unnecessary Crap in Check?

Nithin’s movie with director Chandrasekhar Yeleti ‘Check’ is coming to theatres on 26th February and there are decent expectations on the movie given the novel plot. A movie from Chandrasekhar Yeleti means a different movie but, he opines that it would be good if those movies also turn out to be commercially viable.

Nithin said in an interview that there are no songs, no separate comedy tracks or heroine sequences to attract the audiences. It’s a natural story driven by the narrative. So, there wouldn’t be unnecessary crap in the name of adding commercial elements.

Director Chandrasekhar Yeleti is known to be an intelligent director who weaves his characters around intelligent mind processes. For a movie like this with no songs, comedy and other commercially viable elements, the background score has to be to the level of a commendable stage.

The director opined that the music director Kalyani Malik’s contribution to the cinema will be like 50% of the emotional feel. Starring Nithin, Rakul Preet Singh and Priya Prakash Varrier in the lead roles, ‘Check’ belongs to the concept-based dramas that have been finding their place among mainstream movies after the lockdown.
