Official: India’s First 500Cr Budget Visual Wonder

Until now, there were only rumours regarding the budget of Shankar’s magnum opus 2.0. We have finally got an official confirmation.

2.0 is going to be India’s first 500 Cr budget movie. It is pegged to be around 542 Cr by the makers. The Mega budget flick has been picked as the cover story for International Magazine variety and for the same the budget is made official by the makers as 75 Million.

2.0 stars Superstar Rajinikanth in the lead. Akshay Kumar joins him as an antagonist. The teaser of the Shankar directorial venture will be out on September 13th for Vinayaka Chaviti festival. It will be played in theatres across the country in 3D and 2D versions.
