Oka Laila Kosam censored and waiting

As we all know at one point Oka Laila Kosam starring Naga Chaitanya and Pooja Hegde was slated to hit theatres for Vinayaka Chavithi itself in case Rabhasa couldn’t make it. The reason for this was simple, the film is ready with post production and all other such works completed and the makers are simply looking for an open slot to release the film. Also with the film ready it was only a matter of time for censor work to be finished as well and it has completed this formality today.

Oka Laila Kosam has been awarded a U/A certificate from the Censor board. This is the second film of director Vijay Kumar Konda after Gunde Jari Gallanthayyinde and he is looking to continue the super success of his first film. But it looks like he has to wait a bit longer to see that becoming a reality as the film is finding it hard to stick to a date. With the September 5 slot also taken by Power, the best Oka Laila Kosam team is hoping for is September 12. Unless there isn’t any last minute issue this will most likely be the release date even though the censor has been completed so early.
