One more IT layout in Vishakapatnam!

Vishakapatnam is all set to have one more IT lay out. Around 200 acres are identified for this IT layout and the land is ready to be handed over to IT companies by the end of August or early September. The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) had completed the land survey.

They are in the process of providing basic infrastructure, including power, water and road connectivity to the IT layout. It will come up at Kapuluppada area where the land is readily available. Around 600 acres are ready for developing the IT layout.

Initially 200 acres will be developed in the first phase. The advantages for the IT layout is that it is not too far away from Madhurawada, which is becoming one of the largest residential suburban hubs in the city.
