One More Wicket Falls In MAA Elections

‘MAA’ elections Hungama began four months ago. Three months ago, Prakash Raj, Manchu Vishnu, Hema, Jeevitha Rajasekhar, and CVL Narasimha Rao announced that they were contesting for the MAA presidency this time. But Hema, Jeevita Rajasekhar dropped in the middle.

Now, CVL also dropped from the competition at the last minute. While the others have taken sides, CVL announced not supporting any panel. With this development, only two panels are in the fray. Only Prakash Raj and Vishnu are in the competition.

“I already filed nomination as MAA President. I also announced my manifesto. But now I have withdrawn the nomination. I will say the reason later. The welfare of our members is more important to me than the president’s post. I do not support either of the two panels in the competition. Whoever wins our election should work for MAA welfare,” CVL said.

MAA elections will be held on the 10th of this month.
