OTT Buzz: Zee5 To Make A Cleansweep Of Sankranthi Releases?

Desi OTT Major, Zee5 has bagged the post-theatrical OTT rights of another Sankranthi release of Tollywood after SS Rajamouli’s RRR. Zee5 has the rights to Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions of RRR. The OTT Major has bagged the OTT Rights of Nagarjuna‘s Bangarraju.

Zee Studios is a partner in Bangarraju production. The satellite and OTT rights are with Zee. The logos of Zee5 and Zee Cinemalu have appeared on the film’s poster released earlier today. The poster has been released to announce the release of the first single on 9th of this month.

Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam is another film releasing this Sankranthi. According to the rumor mills, the Hindi version of Radhe Shyam will be streaming on the Netflix platform whereas the other versions (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) will stream on Zee5.

If the rumor about Radhe Shyam OTT turns to be true, Zee5 OTT will be making a clean sweep of all the Sankranthi releases. This is quite a feat for any OTT Platform.
