There is a vast difference between the budgets of the two movies. One is being made with a budget of Rs.10 crores plus and the another was made with approx. Rs.200 crores. The two films in comparison are ‘Vijayaditya’, an upcoming Kannada drama and the other one is Rajmaouli’s magnum opus ‘Baahubali’.

The lead actress of the film Parul Yadav now claims that their film is going to be better than ‘Baahubali’, which is also period film, but not totally like ‘Baahubali’. This seems to be more like a publicity stunt. For Kannada films, ‘Vijayaditya’ is a big budget film, no doubt.
But making tall claims comparing it to ‘Baahubali’ seems to be like going over the board. Here a debutante is directing ‘Vijayaditya’, while we know, ‘Baahubali’ has been the dream of ace director Rajamouli. The Kannada flick is still in the filming stage and making such big statement without even seeing the final product is like a publicity gimmick.
