Did you ever imagine that a small town in Tamil Nadu will become a sought after place for shooting Telugu films. Almost every alternate Telugu film is being shot there and in the last year or so the number of films being shot in Pollachi has exponentially increased. Pawan Kalyan’s next film with Trivikram shot for a complete schedule in Pollachi, while NTR’s new film is heading to Pollachi to start shooting final schedule of the film.
In fact, it’s not just Telugu films from films in other languages are also being extensively shot there. It is reported that thus far nearly 1000 films over last several years have been shot in this small place near Coimbatore.
