Tollywood producer C. Kalyan is facing a fresh land encroachment complaint at the Madhapur police station in Hyderabad. The complaint was filed by Shyam Singh, president of the CIAT Society.
According to the complaint, C. Kalyan and others allegedly tried to occupy plots belonging to society members in the Sunnam Cheruvu area.
The disputed plots are located in Survey Numbers 12, 12A, and 13 in Guttala Begumpet. The plot owners allege that C. Kalyan, along with some other individuals, entered the land on Saturday morning and put up blue sheets around the plots.
The complainants claim the sheets were placed to stop them from entering their own properties. They also told the police that similar attempts had allegedly happened in the past and that complaints had already been filed over attempts to occupy the land.
The society members have asked the Madhapur police to take action against C. Kalyan, Prakash Dharak, and Premlatha. They have accused the three of trying to encroach on their plots.
However, the actual ownership of the disputed land and whether any illegal encroachment occurred will have to be established through the legal and investigative process.
For now, the matter remains a complaint before the police, and no final conclusion has been reached regarding the allegations.
