Game Changer, released with massive expectations, failed to live up to even minimum expectations and turned into a heartbreaking film for Ram Charan and his fans. The film turned out to be a disaster, leaving producer Dil Raju clueless with significant financial losses.
Trade sources suggest that the movie caused Dil Raju a loss of at least ₹120 crore, marking one of the biggest flops in his career. It is the third biggest pan-India flop after Kanguva and Radhe Shyam. This has sparked discussions within the industry, as it’s the first time Dil Raju has faced such a huge blow.

Amid these setbacks, rumors have been circulating on social media that Ram Charan is planning to support his producer by taking up another project with him. Some reports claimed that Charan had assured Dil Raju, saying, “I will work on another film at less remuneration under your banner to compensate for the Game Changer losses”
However, Ram Charan’s PR team has clarified that Charan is currently fully booked with his schedule.

Charan is working on a sports drama RC16 directed by Buchi Babu, which is expected to wrap up by the end of 2025. After that, he will begin working on a project RC17 with Sukumar, which will likely take another two years to complete. As a result, it is expected that Charan will not be able to take up any new projects before 2027.
In the meantime, Dil Raju found some relief with “Sankranthiki Vasthunnam” which is doing great business even after two weeks. The profits generated by this Venkatesh film would cover some of the Game Changer losses.
