Rajamouli is strictly against the 3-D format!

S S Rajamouli, the most wanted director, is in the limelight constantly with his ‘Baahubali’ and the great response to its trailers. While the movie will also be released in Hindi, it earned some praises from its B-town audience, including the legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan.

In a time where technological advancement is the key to success, Rajamouli is strictly against the 3-D format, so much so that he said, “3D gives enhancement to characters but it reduces the scale of the film.” Therefore, his soon-to-be-releasing film ‘Baahubali’ will not show up on the silver screen in 3-D format as it’ll make the characters seem unreal and fake, said Rajamouli in a press meet in Mumbai last night.

There has also been some buzz about the film being inspired from the super hit Hollywood movie ‘300’ but the director cleared the air and said that they are two completely different films.
