Rajamouli prefers 1 over Yevadu

Rajamouli who has been on hectic schedule for Baahubali got a break from his work for Sankranthi had an opportunity to watch Mahesh’s ‘1 Nenokkadine’ and Ram Charan’s ‘Yevadu’. He congratulated Yevadu director Vamshi and praised Charan for his dances and had a special mention for Saikumar for being special attraction in Yevadu. But he openly admitted his choice would be ‘1’ and Sukumar remains as his fav director. Rajamouli said he immensely enjoyed the film irrespective of negative reviews all over.

While Rajamouli acknowledged Charan just for his dances, he spoke high about Mahesh’s acting aptitudes in ‘1’. He said Mahesh’s best performance for him is Nazar’s death scene in Pokiri so far but his performance in ‘1’ climax betters it.

As for the reviews Rajamouli thinks people consider many factors before they watch a film not just web reviews, ‘1’ is not as complicated as many claim, said Rajamouli.
