Superstar Off Peak – But Records Still Tumbling

We are sure many remember how the craze for Kabali was through the roof, even one month before the release of the movie. It was the same for few past films like Shivaji and Robo as well. And here we are with 2.0 that is to arrive in a week.

The buzz is still building and would hit the top gear at the time of release. However, the craze is not at the level mentioned above somehow, and it could be due to various factors. The good news is that despite the Superstar Rajinikanth being slightly off-peak, records are expected to tumble.

In Bengaluru, for example, a strong fort for Rajinikanth, the tickets for a few theatres, including the largest capacity Urvashi are opened. Within no time, the first-day shows have gone full. It will be a record time of sorts concerning the advance sales. If this is the way going forward, one can expect some phenomenal numbers on the opening day on November 29th.
