Rajnikanth stopped Amitabh from turning villain!

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachan is one of the most versatile actor of Indian Cinema. If there is one role which he didn’t play till date, then it is a villain. Amit had essayed some characters with negative shades but not a full time villain. He got the chance to play a villain for Rajnikanth’s ‘Enthiran’ (Robo).

Though director Shankar approached Amitabh Bachan for the villain role, Rajnikanth advised the superstar not to accept the role because he thought that audiences will not accept him in a villainous role. That’s how we missed watching Big B as a villain on screen.

There had been reports thst he was approached for the sequel too, to play the villain but Amitabh Bachan denied the buzz saying he didn’t get the offer for the sequel. We know Bollywood star hero Akshay Kumar is playing the villain in ‘2. O’.
