Real Boom in Hyderabad!

Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner Somesh Kumar announced that the Real Estate in Hyderabad had witnessed a big boom all of sudden. According to the data available with GHMC, in March various corporates and Real Estate companies have taken permissions for constructions in 120 Crore worth Land.

In the financial year ended couple of days back, GHMC had got 7816 applications for various construction and the commissioner claims that 1141 of those came in March itself indicating the Real Boom in the city.

The Real Estate in Hyderabad is almost down for more than three years due to the political uncertainty in the Telangana agitation days. There were doubts on the Hyderabad sustenance after the state division which prompted a big slow down in Real Estate. Slowly the doubts are being dispelled and normalcy is being restored.
