Film maker Ram Gopal Varma is back again with another horror film called Patta Pagalu. The director as we know has a great fascination for horror films as much as he has for making new versions of Godfather. In Patta Pagalu he has joined hands for the first time with actor Rajsekhar.
Well for starters the film’s premise might remind one of the director’s own Phoonk which was remade in Telugu as Raksha starring Jagapathi Babu in an important role. In Patta Pagalu it looks like Rajsekhar has replaced Jagapathi Babu from that film. Also except for the central female character who is possessed everything else seems so ordinary in terms of visuals. One has to wait and see if the film has something more to offer other than what was shown in the trailer.
