Rumor: 100 Cr Reworks For Adipurush?

The poorly presented teaser and posters of Prabhas’s Adipurush have loomed a dark cloud over the film. It is all but confirmed that the film will not release on the 12th of Januar, as announced initially.

There have been rumors that the team is working on reading the VFX work which was lambasted by all sections of the audience after the arrival of the teaser.

Now a Hindi tabloid has reported that the makers of Adipurush have commissioned a redoing of the entire VFX work of the film. It is even reported that the makers are spending a whopping Rs 100 crores on the redoing of the VFX work.

It is also heard that a portion featuring Ram(Prabhas) and Raavana (Saif) will be reshot. A few other character looks might be digitally recreated.

That said, these are all just media speucaltions for now and the makers are remaining mum about the postponement rumors. They haven’t even confirmed if the film is postponed, let alone commenting about the reworks on the final product. It is safe to say that Adipurush is in a tricky spot now.
