Rumoured New Director & Heroine for Arjun Reddy

One must say that it is the first of its kind of decision to scrap a movie that was totally shot and reschedule the reshoot with a new director and a new heroine. There is a lot of curiosity who would be replacing director Bala and heroine Megha Chowdhury. Guessing game on the probable names who would be replacing them is on.

According to the buzz in Tamil media circles, director Gautham Vasudeva Menon might replace Bala to direct ‘Varmaa’, the Tamil remake of ‘Arjun Reddy’. It is rumored that the makers had approached him to take up the reshoot of Dhruv’s debut movie. However, this is just a rumor nothing is finalized yet. There is also another buzz that talks about Janhvi Kapoor replacing Megha Chowdhury as the heroine.

Keeping Gautham Vasudeva Menon aside, it is unlikely that Janhvi Kapoor might play the heroine. According to the rumors those made headlines, both Boney Kapoor and late Sridevi saw Janhvi Kapoor making a career in Bollywood and South movies never seemed to be their priority. Nevertheless, let’s not come to conclusions but wait for the things to unfold, eventually.
